Webinar: What Safety Training Does OSHA Require?
Safety training can oftentimes be overwhelming, especially when determining what applies to your company and employees. We are often asked if employees need to be trained, who should be trained, and what topics they should be trained on. The answer is first and foremost: yes, all employees should be trained on applicable topics.
Training employees on the appropriate topics increases their knowledge of safety, decreases the chance for accidents or injuries to occur, and helps to promote safety in the workplace.
